LIGHT ART
My work as a light artist has led to commissions for numerous winter light festivals and special events. I work solo and also frequently collaborate with other artists, designers, technicians and communities. I create site-specific, one-off installations, as well as sculptures which are designed to tour.
I create my art work from fluorescent materials which glow vividly under ultra violet/black light. I design my work digitally, before bringing it to life in the physical realm. I’m fascinated by geometric shapes, colour and the joy my work can bring to audiences during the colder months.
