Allotment Anthotypes
Combining my interest in alternative, experimental photography and my love of growing food. I created a series of anthotypes, made from the fruit and vegetables I grow at my allotment. An emulsion was made from each plant and painted onto paper. The papers were placed in a contact frame, along with a sample of the leaves of each plant. They were exposed to sunlight for several weeks, to create an image where the leaves blocked the light.
